Role Description This full-time hybrid role is based in the Sheboygan Metropolitan Area, with a combination of in-office and work-from-home responsibilities. The Licensed Professional Counselor, Clinical Social Worker, or Substance Abuse Counselor will provide individual and group counseling services to clients facing mental health and substance use challenges. This position provides outpatient mental health services to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and/or families while collaborating with colleagues to deliver thoughtful, ethical, and client-centered care. Daily tasks include conducting assessments, developing and updating treatment plans, delivering evidence-informed interventions, documenting progress notes, and coordinating care with other providers and community resources. The role involves collaborating with clients to support recovery, promote relapse prevention, and address co-occurring concerns, while maintaining ethical and professional standards. Participation in team meetings, clinical consultations, and ongoing professional development is expected. In the Clinical Supervisor role, all the following are needed as well as providing training and supervision to interns and Counselor's in training, and working collaboratively with the supervision team.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability in Treatment Planning and Case Management to create, implement, and monitor individualized care plans.
  • \n
  • Experience working with Chemical Dependency and Relapse Prevention in clinical or community-based settings.
  • \n
  • Solid background in Mental Health counseling, including assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-informed therapeutic interventions.
  • \n
  • Active state licensure or certification as a Licensed Professional Counselor, Clinical Social Worker, Substance Abuse Counselor, or equivalent credential.
  • \n
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills, with commitment to ethical practice and client confidentiality.
  • \n
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse populations and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team environment.
  • \n
  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field preferred. Those eligible for licensure as a clinician in training considered.
  • \n
  • Comfort with basic technology for telehealth sessions, electronic health records, and remote collaboration.
  • \n
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

We offer flexibility in scheduling and are open to both part-time and full-time clinicians.
