Senior Non‑Timber Revenue Specialist Rayonier is seeking a detail‑oriented Senior Non‑Timber Revenue Specialist to be responsible for the revenue functions of non‑timber operations, handling approximately 70% non‑timber and 30% timber processing workload. The role involves daily, weekly and monthly transactional activity, posting cash, reconciling performance deposits and advances, and ensuring accurate record‑keeping in Microsoft D365. Responsibilities Revenue Processing & Reconciliation : Enter non‑timber data accurately, create invoices and revenue schedules, and post transactions to Microsoft D365. Reconcile stumpage and delivered tickets from settlements with the LIMS system. Cash Application & Accounts Receivable : Apply cash receipts to outstanding receivables for both timber and non‑timber revenue. Reconcile timber performance deposits and advances; review, research and clear outstanding ticket items and monitor A/R aging reports. Contract & Customer Management : Collaborate with contract specialists, the non‑timber group and customers to resolve discrepancies between contracts and revenue system data. Prepare journal entries for D365 and distribute regular reports on contract status and A/R aging. Team Support : Reconcile all non‑timber balance sheet accounts; prepare and file monthly sales & use tax returns; identify process improvements with the Revenue Manager and provide transactional and administrative support as needed. Required Qualifications Education : Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting preferred; equivalent professional experience acceptable. Experience : Minimum five (5) years of accounting experience, with solid understanding of GAAP. Technical Skills : Intermediate or higher proficiency in Excel and ability to learn enterprise‑wide financial systems; demonstrated accuracy in financial data entry. Core Competencies : Strong time‑management and multitasking skills; sharp attention to detail; effective communication with internal departments and external customers; active listening and collaborative problem‑solving. Working Conditions & Physical Requirements This position is office‑based. It requires prolonged periods of sitting and computer use, and occasional lifting of items weighing less than twenty pounds.
