This role provides bilingual insurance education and administrative support to patients during their treatment window, helping them understand insurance plan options and complete eligibility paperwork. The position focuses on non-complex, clinic-based tasks that require direct interaction with patients in both English and Spanish, ensuring they receive clear guidance and support during open enrollment periods.
ResponsibilitiesThis position is based in a healthcare clinic setting, where you will work directly with patients and staff to provide bilingual insurance support and translation services for Spanish-speaking patients. You will regularly travel to nearby clinics within your assigned geography using your own vehicle, with mileage reimbursed from your home or base clinic. The work involves face-to-face interactions in treatment areas and administrative spaces, handling paperwork, and participating in daily virtual huddles with the team. The environment is patient-focused, collaborative, and fast-paced, requiring professional attire appropriate for a clinical setting and consistent, clear communication in both English and Spanish.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Dallas, TX.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
